You want your skin to look beautiful and radiant. You do a lot of work to make sure this happens, like eating right, but one thing you might not be doing is using facial masks at home. The following are 10 natural homemade masks you can try at home that’ll help you look beautiful.

1. Turmeric Mask

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of turmeric
  • One teaspoon of raw honey
  • One teaspoon of raw milk

Just mix all of these ingredients until you get something that resembles a paste. After that, apply it to your skin and let it sit there for a few minutes. For this mask and others mentioned here, you need to wash your face before you start. Be sure to pat it dry, too. These ingredients should exfoliate your skin and hydrate it, which is why they are good for you.

2. Avocado Mask

You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Half of an avocado
  • Half of banana
  • One tablespoon of olive oil

Bananas and avocados are rich in minerals and vitamins that your skin will love. Olive oil is quite hydrating, so you’ve got yourself a pretty good mask. Part of what makes this particular mix so special is that the nutrients will promote collagen growth. Collagen helps keep your skin looking young.

3. Charcoal Face Mask

You’re going to need the following ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of activated charcoal
  • One teaspoon of aloe vera gel
  • A few drops of tea tree oil

Activated charcoal will not only help exfoliate but pull toxins from your skin. Aloe vera gel is quite nourishing and will help hydrate your skin. 4. Turmeric and Lemon Mask

You’ll need the following:

  • Three tablespoons of oat flour
  • One tablespoon of raw honey
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • Some lemon juice

Oat flour will help exfoliate your skin, but it also has a lot of nutrients your skin is going to eat up. You know the benefits of raw honey and turmeric, so those are great additions. The lemon juice is there to clear your skin, thanks to the acid content. If you feel that your skin could be a bit brighter, then this is the mask for you.

5. Coconut and Honey Mask

To make this mask, you’re going to need the following:

  • One tablespoon of raw honey
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil

You know why raw honey is here. Coconut oil is going to help in other ways. For one, it’s going to work with the honey to decrease harmful bacteria since it’s antibacterial, too. Some of the nutrients in coconut oil also help heal the skin. This means lines, redness, and other little issues should be reduced.

6. Clay Mask

This mask requires the following:

  • Two tablespoons of clay
  • Two tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar

This one is going to sting after a few minutes, but you should leave it on like you would with any other mask, which is between 15 to 20 minutes. The clay will not only exfoliate a bit, but it’ll also help remove toxins from your skin, preventing dullness. The reason you’re using raw apple cider vinegar is to help restore the pH balance of your skin, making you look radiant.

7. Spices Face Mask

You need the following ingredients for this mask:

  • One teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
  • One teaspoon of raw honey
  • Two teaspoons of lemon juice

You know why it’s good to have lemon juice and raw honey in your mask, but the other two ingredients might seem strange. Cinnamon is quite antibacterial and should help exfoliate your skin. Cinnamon also has antioxidants, and you know that’ll help fight premature aging. Nutmeg can help tighten pores and reduce pigmentation.

8. Oatmeal Mask

You’ll need to gather the following:

  • Three tablespoons of oat flour
  • Two teaspoons of green tea
  • One teaspoon of raw honey
  • Two drops of tea tree oil

You already know what tea tree oil and honey can do for you. Oat flour was mentioned above. This ingredient helps remove dead skin, giving you brighter skin, but it also useful for absorbing excess oil, which is great for those with oily skin. Green tea is antibacterial, which should prevent things like acne.

9. Chocolate Face Mask

You’ll want the following ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • One teaspoon of yogurt
  • One teaspoon of raw honey

Chocolate is an incredible ingredient. It helps your skin in a number of ways and tastes good. For one, it helps detox your skin, and it makes your skin feel softer than normal. The properties in this ingredient also help increase elasticity, and that prevents wrinkles. Yogurt soothes the skin and helps moisturize it.

10. Egg White Face Mask

You’re going to be using the following ingredients:

  • Juice from one lemon
  • One teaspoon of raw honey
  • One egg white

Whisk until everything is blended well and foamy. Apply it like you normally would, and let it work its magic. The egg white helps tighten your pores and lifts your skin. All of this is due to the protein content in egg whites. You already know what the other ingredients can do for you.

There you have it. You’ve got several homemade masks you can try to help improve your skin’s appearance. Of course, you can tweak these recipes to whatever amount you need.
